  • "After a few months of debating on if I wanted to get a bike or not I finally decided I wanted one. I stopped at Harley on my way home. I chatted with Trevor and sat on a few bikes to see what felt comfortable. Most sales personnel are pushy and want a sale that day, Trevor was far from that. He got me on a few bikes and gave me his professional opinion, I went home and took what he said and then came back a few days later and ended up getting one. Matt was great in making sure the experience was phenomenal, I bought a lowering kit and didn't want to take the bike home until it was done so I wasn't going back and forth, Tony walked up and said he had the part in stock and when would I like it installed. I said whenever works best for you and in his exact words, I'll have it done first thing in the am so you can get it out riding right away. A great experience all around and one dealership I will be returning to for all my riding needs."

  • "We were on a trip from Kansas and my Road King CVO developed a bad vibration in the front end. I feared it was possibly a wheel-bearing issue. I went to their service department and they got us in in just a couple of hours. John, the tech with 30 years of experience, reassured me that my wheel bearings, both front and rear, were fine. One of the servicemen upfront, Mike, told me about a problem with Michelin Commander 3 tires that seemed to fit my description of the vibration. I was only charged a half hour of labor, which I thought was more than fair and John even adjusted my drive belt and checked the brake pads! I am more than pleased with their service department. Made it back home without any further problems. A new tire is in my near future!! Thanks again!!"

  • "Well, where to start with all of this? I guess a little background. I've been piloting my 2000 Goldwing for 16 or so years and decided it was time to change up the garage a bit. We started our shopping at Great River on advice from a buddy, didn't find the right bike so we proceeded to shop online within 400 miles of Marshfield WI. Did that for about 2 or more months finally we tabled it and decided the Wing will make one more year. Well, I decided to wheel through the online listings one more time BOOM there it was, a 2018 Ultra Limited with 1963 miles on her. I emailed in, and Brody followed up with a phone call, (great conversation by the way). I said I'd like to take this for a spin, Brody suggested I put a hold on it, so we did that. Arrive the following Tuesday to test ride, Mathew greets us at the door, (we spoke to Mathew on our first visit, great guy) we start to chat, and let him know we wanted to take this for a spin he helped us out with getting it rolled out and plated. Took it for a ride and fell in love, Brody's a pretty busy guy so Mathew helped us get everything in order, paperwork, price, and trade-in. Kevin in service helped us out getting the phone holder off my old bike (thanks again Kevin), and off to talk to Emily about paperwork, signing, and all the logistics, she made it super easy and stress-free, probably one if not the best large buying experience I've had. All in all our experience with everyone we dealt with immediately and the rest of the staff was amazing, but hats off to these 4 especially that made buying my first bike in 16 or so years a true pleasure. There's honestly no good reason not to buy your next bike at Great River or at a minimum stop in and give them a shot. I know I'll be back, maybe even sooner than 16 years this time!
