After a few months debating on if I wanted to get a bike or not I finally decided I wanted one. I stopped at Harley on my way home and chatted with Trevor and sat in a few bikes to see what felt comfortable, most sales personnel are pushy and want a sale that day, Trevor was far from that. He got me on a few bikes and gave me his professional opinion, I went home and took what he said and then came back a few days later and ended up getting one. Matt was great in making sure the experience was phenomenal, I bought a lowering kit and didnt want to take the bike home until it was done so I wasnt going back and forth, Tony walked up and said he had the part in stock and when would I like it installed. I said whenever works best for you and his exact words, Ill have it done first thing in the am so you can get it out riding right away. When EVERYONE under one roof treats you like family, theres something intentional about that. Theres something special here. When my dream bike got released, they sprang into action to get it coming. I can be insistent, obsessive, overthinking, over-thorough, and impatient when it comes to a new bike. And they were there for me for every need. Phone calls, texts, questions/answers, etc. From the parts department, to apparel, to service, to the paperwork, the people working with me treated my every request as if they were personally invested in it. 2003 FLHT. I picked up my bike from having upgrades done and winter storage. They did a fantastic job, not only the work that was performed, but also keeping me informed of the progress and additional things they found. Gave great advise on what upgrades were needed and performed the work flawlessly. It's always a pleasure to visit this dealership and they ensure I always leave happy. We cannot say enough about Great River Harley! From the time we got there until the time we left, we really had great service! Trevor was very helpful, and made it clear when we got there, their was no pressure! Found the bike we wanted, and from that point on, everyone that was involved was so helpful!! They make you feel like family, and that is very heartwarming!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Great River Harley Davidson!!!
